Pour 1 teaspoon of raspberry liqueur into each champagne glass and add 2 or 3 raspberries. When guests arrive, pop the cork and fill each glass with champagne. Garnish the edge of each glass with a lemon peel twist. Sophisticated, festive and easy to serve! This delightful libation takes any party up a notch without a lot of prep.
